By clicking "I Accept," creating an account on DollarBattles.com, or accessing or using the DollarBattles.com website ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") as of the date of initial sign-up ("Registration Date"), as well as any applicable laws, statutes, and regulations. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use DollarBattles. If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, please do not create an account. This document constitutes the entire agreement between you ("User") and Dollar Battles LLC ("Company"), governing your use of the Platform.

This website serves solely as an advertising platform. DollarBattles provides tools and services to list and promote auctions, sales, or events. We do not facilitate, manage, or oversee any sales or auctions advertised on the website and are not responsible for transactions between buyers and sellers.

1. About the DollarBattles Platform

DollarBattles.com is operated by Dollar Battles LLC, a Georgia, U.S.A., Limited Liability Company. The Platform provides advertising tools for:

  • Auctioneers listing onsite, online, hybrid, or offsite auctions.

  • Businesses advertising surplus inventory or equipment.

  • Estate companies promoting estate sales.

  • Storage companies advertising lien or unclaimed property auctions.

  • Government entities listing surplus or seized property sales.

  • Individuals advertising personal property for sale.

DollarBattles does not act as an agent, broker, or representative of any party. The Platform merely advertises listings and assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or fulfillment of any advertisements.

Listings on DollarBattles may include offsite or external auctions conducted by third parties. Advertisers assume full responsibility for compliance with laws, regulations, and the accuracy of their advertisements.

2. Definitions

  • Advertiser: Any individual or entity using the Platform to list or promote auctions, sales, or events.

  • Advertisement: Content posted by an Advertiser to promote auctions, sales, or events.

  • User: Any individual or entity accessing the Platform, including Advertisers, prospective buyers, or viewers.

  • Offsite Auction: An auction conducted at a physical location or online platform outside of DollarBattles.

  • Platform: The DollarBattles.com website and associated tools or services for listing advertisements.

3. User Responsibilities

For All Users:

  • Users must ensure their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.

  • Users must not post false, misleading, or infringing content in advertisements.

  • Users must not use the Platform to post prohibited content, including but not limited to:

    • Counterfeit goods.

    • Content that violates intellectual property rights.

    • Fraudulent or defamatory content.

For Advertisers:

  • Advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their advertisements.

  • Advertisers must ensure compliance with all applicable laws governing auctions, sales, and promotions.

  • Advertisements must include accurate descriptions of the event or items being promoted, including dates, times, and terms.

  • Advertisers agree not to post spam, bulk advertisements, or repetitive listings.

4. Advertising Terms

  • Advertisements may be subject to review and approval before publication to ensure compliance with these Terms.

  • DollarBattles reserves the right to modify or remove any advertisement that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

  • DollarBattles does not guarantee the performance, visibility, or engagement of any advertisement.

  • Advertisements may appear in search results or categories based on various factors, including relevance, user behavior, and site functionality.

Non-Refundable Fees:

  • All advertising fees paid to DollarBattles are non-refundable. Deposits made to the Platform are redeemable solely as advertising credits and cannot be refunded in cash or transferred to other accounts.

  • Advertisers acknowledge that fees cover the cost of advertising services only and do not include guarantees of ad performance or outcomes.

Limitation of Liability:

  • DollarBattles’ liability for any claims arising out of or related to advertising services is strictly limited to the cost of the advertising fees paid by the Advertiser.

5. Fees & Payment

  • Advertisers are responsible for all fees associated with listing advertisements on the Platform. Fees are clearly outlined during the listing process and may vary by advertisement type or features selected.

  • Fees are charged for advertising services only and do not involve sales facilitation or transaction management.

  • Advertisers are responsible for applicable taxes associated with their use of the Platform.

  • DollarBattles reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for unpaid fees or disputes.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • DollarBattles does not endorse or guarantee the quality, legality, or validity of any advertisements posted on the Platform.

  • DollarBattles is not responsible for disputes arising from the content or fulfillment of advertisements.

  • Users acknowledge that DollarBattles is not involved in transactions between buyers and sellers and disclaims all liability related to such transactions.

  • DollarBattles is not liable for technical issues, downtime, or interruptions affecting the availability of the Platform.

7. Privacy & Data Use

DollarBattles collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Users agree that:

  • Personal data collected is used solely for providing advertising services and improving the Platform.

  • DollarBattles may store non-personally identifiable data for research or analytical purposes.

  • Users must not collect or misuse personal information of others accessed through the Platform.

8. Disputes

Disputes related to advertisements should be resolved between the parties involved. DollarBattles may mediate disputes at its sole discretion but assumes no obligation to do so.

Release: Users agree to release DollarBattles from claims, demands, and damages arising from disputes between Users or related to advertisements.

9. Termination

DollarBattles reserves the right to terminate accounts or remove advertisements for violations of these Terms or applicable laws. Users may also request account termination, subject to outstanding obligations.

10. Amendments

These Terms may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
